Dear Sirs,
May I take the opportunity to
thank all the people who have been involved in the
work, and say how delighted we are with the
finished product. from the outset, although Mary
and I were not sure what we wanted, Roy was
extremely helpful and patient, and his advice,
together with Paul's valuable input, enabled us to
visualise more easily what we were hoping for. We
are very pleased with the workmanship by Glyn and
Ian and the fact that the work was carried out in a
very pleasant atmosphere, with the minimum amount
of disruption.
